Job Summary We areseeking a motivated and detail-oriented Radiographer Intern to join our radiology team in Ughelli. This role provides hands-on clinical experience in diagnostic imaging services under the supervision of qualified radiographers and medical professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with patient reception, preparation, and positioning for radiographic examinations. Support senior radiographers during imaging procedures such as X-rays and other diagnostic scans. Help ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of radiology equipment and imaging rooms. Observe and adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards at all times. Accurately record patient details and imaging information while maintaining strict confidentiality. Provide courteous guidance to patients regarding procedures and preparation requirements. Assist in organizing and managing radiology records and imaging reports. Support the handling and storage of imaging materials and consumables. Follow all departmental policies, hospital guidelines, and professional ethical standards. Participate in training sessions, supervision, and continuous learning activities. Requirements Currently graduated from an accredited Radiography programme. Strong interest in diagnostic imaging and patient care. Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to work effectively in a clinical, multidisciplinary environment. Basic computer literacy and record-keeping skills.

About the program CNL's Medical Radiographer internship program demonstrates Chevron's commitment to corporate social responsibility by giving students practical industry exposure. The one-year internship program for fresh Medical Radiographer graduates in Nigeria enables interns to apply the knowledge gained during their studies in real-world medical radiography clinical practice, while developing their competence and ethical standards under supervision and in line with the requirements of Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) and in preparation for professional registration. As an intern, you will handle tasks related to your discipline and area of research under the guidance of a supervisor, who will assign daily responsibilities and support your development throughout the program. The program also provides valuable industry and functional insight through hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to learn from professionals within the company. Eligibility The program is open to recent Nigerian graduates with a BSc in Medical Radiographer from local or international institutions. Applicants must hold a provisional license issued by the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
