Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client, a leading professional services and testing firm, is seeking an R2P Accountant (Arabic Speaker) to support accurate, timely and compliant transaction processing across the Requisition-to-Pay cycle.

The role involves invoice processing and three-way matching, supplier reconciliations, payment preparation, month-end closing activities, AP aging, compliance and process improvement.

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in Accounts Payable, R2P or Finance Shared Services
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and corporate ERP systems
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent is an added advantage
