Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance within a food/FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain quality management and food safety systems, including GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000/FSSC 22000.

Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON, and other relevant regulatory standards.

Oversee product testing, laboratory operations, raw material inspections, and finished product quality.

Lead internal audits, regulatory inspections, customer complaints, and corrective actions.

Manage and develop the quality team while promoting food safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within food manufacturing or FMCG, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Certification in HACCP and ISO22000/FSSC22000 (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor)is strongly preferred.

Proven experience dealing with NAFDAC and regulatory and customer audits

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
