Quality Control Analyst At Juhel Nigeria Limited

Main responsibilities:

• Analyzing samples from all stages of manufacturing to ensure they meet production standards.
• Testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet the established specifications.
• Ensure that experiments are completed according to established Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), and also Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration and repair.
• Report laboratory findings in technical documents and laboratory report sheets.
• Assisting in defining assay criteria and drafting standard operating procedures.
• Review laboratory test outcomes, comparing them with set criteria and advising on whether results are suitable for release.
• Keeping laboratory instruments and equipment in good working condition.
• Keeping track of instruments and equipment routine maintenance.
• Conducting quality control checks throughout the production process.

Professional requirements (minimum):

• Bachelor's Degree or HND
• Preferred- BSc/HND (Pure and applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Industrial chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Science Laboratory Technology {Chemistry or Microbiology major} Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering)
• Language required (minimum):
• Preferred- English Language
• Software knowledge required (minimum):
• Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides OR its equivalents (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)
