Quality Assurance Process Checker At Flour Mills Of Nigeria Plc

Job Purpose

• To assist in ensuring compliance to established Quality Assurance processes.

The Job

• Incoming packaging material receipt inspection.
• Delivery truck and bulk tank inspection.
• Validation of mill and packing equipment cleaning.
• Pre and post fumigation inspection.
• Online packing inspection including weight checks, coding, stitching and others.
• Validation of Bin, Mill and Packing Equipment Cleaning.
• Ensure efficient CCP monitoring.
• Conduct pep talk and induction to factory personnel and newly employed factory operatives on quality and food safety.

Qualification

• Minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and English in O'Levels (WAEC/NECO/GCE) in Science Discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in manufacturing, food processing, or flour milling operations.

The Person Must:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation management systems.
• Have practical knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and hygiene control programs.
• Be able to work under minimal supervision.
