Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Executive based on Lagos Island.
  • The Quality Control Executive will oversee daily quality control activities within the laboratory, including monitoring test performance, reviewing control results, and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality control and quality assurance procedures, coordinating instrument calibration, and verifying that reagents, consumables, and equipment meet defined specifications.
  • The role involves investigating non-conformities, documenting corrective and preventive actions, and supporting internal and external audits.
  • The Quality Control Executive will work closely with laboratory staff and management to drive continuous improvement, provide training on QC procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by his/her Line Manager. Requirements OND / HND, Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics, or a related field is preferred. Experience in terminal repair is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile discrepancies and identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
