Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement a company-wide Quality Assurance framework, including SOPs, inspection standards and quality controls.
  • Lead product quality inspections from procurement and receiving through storage, fulfilment and retail distribution.
  • Drive supplier quality management, audits, performance monitoring and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable NAFDAC, PCN, GMP and GDP requirements.
  • Lead quality audits and inspections across warehouses, fulfilment centres and retail stores.
  • Manage quality incidents, product complaints, non-conformities, recalls and CAPA processes.
  • Develop quality dashboards and reports to identify trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build and lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function and promote a strong quality culture across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • B.Pharm or Pharm.D with a valid Pharmacist licence.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs or Pharmaceutical Quality.
  • Strong knowledge of NAFDAC, GMP and GDP requirements.
  • Proven experience implementing and enforcing quality standards across multiple locations or business units.
  • Strong analytical, investigation, problem-solving and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to build and develop a quality-focused team.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
