Qa/qc Manager / Quantity Surveyor At Iota Group - Nigeria

Job Description

Purpose:

• The aim is to extend and upgrade five existing highvoltage (HV) electrical substations as a turnkey project.
• This technical service will be carried out in Nigeria. This location could be changed according to the progress of the work and the project needs.

Main Goals

• Represent QA/QC and Quantity Surveying.
• Implement the Project Quality Management System.
• Measure completed works and validate subcontractor quantities.
• Ensure compliance with ITPs and Quality Plans.
• Coordinate inspections and audits.

Deliverables:

• Review and follow the Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Witness inspections.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) measurement and quantity verification
• Manage NoneConformity Report (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPAs).
• Control punch lists.
• Compile turnover dossiers.
• Issue weekly quality reports.
• Coordinate Control Sheet and SAT with the onshore Company's Team
• Maintain quality records.
• Prepare with the Onshore Team the First Of a Kind (FOaK)

Qualifications

Requirements for Technical Services:

• Minimum 10 years QA/QC experience and Quantity Surveying on HV substations.
• ISO9001 and IEC knowledge.
• Experience with construction and commissioning dossiers.
