Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage all quantity surveying functions throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities and tender documentation. Manage project costing, financial reporting, cash flow projections and cost control. Evaluate tenders, review contractor quotations and assist with procurement. Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost risks and variances. Assess progress claims, variations and final accounts. Provide professional quantity surveying advice to clients and project stakeholders. Liaise with engineers, contractors, consultants and other project team members. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and verify work completed. Undertake project assignments throughout South Africa and other African countries as required.
