Swiftaxis Limited is seeking a dynamic, strategic and results-oriented Public Relations Officer to strengthen the company’s corporate image, reputation and stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, public confidence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective public relations and corporate communication strategies.
Manage the company’s public image, reputation and brand positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, partners, government agencies and other stakeholders.
Prepare press releases, speeches, newsletters, corporate profiles and other communication materials.
Coordinate media engagements, corporate events, campaigns and public-facing activities.
Manage and monitor the company’s social media and digital communication platforms.
Monitor public perception, media coverage and emerging reputational risks.
Support crisis communication and provide timely responses to reputational issues.
Promote company achievements, products, services and corporate initiatives.
Prepare regular PR and communication reports for management.
Ensure all external communications are professional, accurate and aligned with company values.
