NGA-RFP-014-26 - Provision of National staff Health insurance.
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Nigeria, with funding from various donors, invites qualified and experienced Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs) to submit their technical and financial proposals for the provision of National Staff Health Insurance Services, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the DRC Bid Form (Annex A1 and Annex A2).
DRC seeks to engage a competent and reliable HMO to provide high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective healthcare services to its employees across Nigeria.
The selected HMO(s) will be expected to ensure timely and equitable access to healthcare services through an extensive and reliable network of accredited healthcare providers across the country. The provider must demonstrate the capacity to manage staff health insurance coverage effectively, facilitate access to medical services, provide responsive customer support, and ensure efficient claims and complaints management throughout the contract period.
Interested organisations are invited to submit proposals demonstrating their technical capacity, geographical coverage, service delivery arrangements, and competitive pricing in line with the requirements of this RFP.
