Job Summary
Bleuhey Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to oversee project planning, execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and implement projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, scopes and resource plans.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, costs and timelines.
Supervise project teams and coordinate contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
Ensure quality assurance, technical compliance and efficient resource utilisation.
Manage client relationships, project communications and stakeholder expectations.
Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports and financial records.
Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, deadlines and budgetary requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant project management experience, preferably in telecommunications, infrastructure rollout, construction or information technology.
Project Management certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management and quality assurance.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand technical project requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams and competing deadlines effectively.
Strong client management, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
Salary N300,000 - N340,000 per month.
