Conduct daily equipment checks, ensure proper cleaning post-use, and report any faults immediately. Complete health and safety equipment checklists and verify all safety documentation prior to deployment. Visit potential clients to gather leads and support the sales team during quoting processes. Manage and approve Job Cards after each project, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. Monitor and maintain accurate timesheets for all subordinates. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role, ideally within the contract cleaning sector. Proficiency in C, R, and planning tools.
