The Project Sales Executive will drive project-based sales within the construction and property development sector by identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key industry stakeholders, presenting suitable product solutions, and converting projects into profitable sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue project sales opportunities within the construction, real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Build and maintain relationships withproperty developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, and close project-based sales.
Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable tiles, bathroom, kitchen, and other finishing solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions within approved guidelines.
Coordinate with showroom, logistics, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Monitor project progress, maintain accurate sales records, and submit regular sales reports.
Update CRM systems and track customer interactions, opportunities, quotations, and conversions.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging project opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the project sales cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
5 - 7 years' proven experience in project sales, preferably within the construction finishing materials industry.
Project sales experience within the construction finishing materials industry is mandatory.
Experience selling building materials, ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen solutions, or related products is highly preferred.
Strong professional network and relationships with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and other construction-sector stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
Strong product presentation, consultative selling, and business development skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, commercially focused, and target-driven.
