Collaboration & Workspaces: SharePoint. Costing & Pricing Systems: TM1 (Technology costing/pricing/recoveries) and PCM (Corporate Functions costing/pricing/recoveries). Must-Haves: Strong expertise in system implementation management, change management, and project management offices (PMO/PMU). Hands-on ability to draft comprehensive Functional System Specifications (FSS) incorporating data flow diagrams (DFD), entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), API/hardware interface specs, and wireframes. Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (performance response times, security/authorizations, usability, availability/scalability) and test scenario validation. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working across cross-functional enterprise teams within banking or financial services. Familiarity with Greenfields implementations and translating FSS to Technical System Specifications (TSS). Key Responsibilities Drive Implementation & Change: Oversee GMS implementation end-to-end, delivering weekly status dashboards, resolving bottlenecks, and driving change management and system adoption. Architect Functional Specifications: Co-create, draft, and sign off on detailed FSS documents-covering data models, interface controls, API specs, and system behaviors. Bridge Business & Technical Teams: Guide technical resources through FSS interpretation to facilitate smooth translation into Technical System Specifications (TSS). Data Migration & QA Validation: Support data and document migration to the new GMS while establishing test scenarios, test data specifications, and validation criteria
