Role Overview.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Align project sponsors and stakeholders on project objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline through a standardized project framing exercise.
  • Facilitate project stakeholder identification and subsequent engagement activities to ensure that all the right people are involved and informed.
  • Guide and coach the project team in following Agile SDLC practices.
  • Develop and maintain project plans using Smartsheet with discrete tasks, assigned owners, due dates, and appropriate dependencies; work with relevant subject matter experts to ensure project plans achieve project objectives.
  • Communicate tasks with owners and gain buy-in to ownership and due dates; utilize change control as necessary.
  • Utilize MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other relevant tools for project communication, integration, and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings with multi-department resources and steer consensus; identify the implications of emerging needs, changes in scope, and decisions needed by senior management.
  • Act as a communication liaison between project teams and senior management for project status updates, issue escalations, and key decision points.
  • Track and mitigate RAID items, remove obstacles, and escalate as necessary to maintain positive project progress.
  • Build tools to assist with day-to-day Project Management via AI coding applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
