The Project Management Instructor will design and deliver clear, practical lessons on project management principles, tools, and best practices to diverse learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, leading interactive classes and workshops, guiding learners through project-based assignments, and providing constructive feedback on their work.
The instructor will collaborate with other tutors to align course content with Cirvee Academy's standards, support learners with questions or challenges, and continuously refine the curriculum based on industry trends and learner needs.
This is a contract position and a hybrid role based in Ibadan, with a mix of on-site teaching and some work from home for preparation, grading, and virtual sessions.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess learner needs, evaluate project outcomes, and improve teaching methods.
Excellent Communication abilities to explain concepts clearly, facilitate discussions, and provide supportive feedback.
Customer Service orientation to respond to learner inquiries, support diverse participants, and ensure a positive learning experience.
Training experience in delivering workshops, courses, or coaching sessions, ideally in project management or related fields.
Management Development skills to help learners build leadership, planning, and team coordination capabilities.
Practical experience in project management (e.g., leading projects, using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
Familiarity with hybrid teaching environments, including virtual classroom tools and learning management systems.
Relevant certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) or equivalent professional experience is highly beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and adapt teaching styles to different learning levels.
