Job Requirements
1. 15–20 years of proven experience in construction, real estate development, or infrastructure project management, with substantial experience at senior leadership level.
2. BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
3. Relevant professional certifications and membership of recognised professional bodies are an added advantage.
4. Proven track record in overseeing large-scale construction projects from planning to completion and handover.
5. Strong expertise in project strategy, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, risk management, and construction operations.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead project managers, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
7. Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Strong knowledge of construction standards, HSE compliance, and regulatory requirements.
9. High integrity, accountability, and ability to deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets.
