Programme Manager (p6)- Ref: Vp21 Five -year Fixed Term Contract

Salary Scale: R844 994.00 - R1 083 619.00 basic salary per annum

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree at NQF Level 7 in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Public Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years' relevant experience in programme or project management, of which at least two (2) years must have been at a senior or multi-project coordination level, gained in a programme/project management, finance, or grant management environment.

Recommendations:

• Professional programme/project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP)
• Reporting to executive and governance structures
• Management of capital, infrastructure, ICT or Organisational-change programmes in a complex environment
• Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Grant administration and funder reporting (e.g., DHET, DBSA, National Treasury)
• Advanced computer skills and data processing, including MS Project or equivalent.
• Record keeping and data management.
• Communication (written and verbal)
• Higher education or public-sector experience
• Valid driver's license.
