Your future role

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your operational and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.
  • You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, quality, cost-effective, and on-time production delivery within your assigned Elementary Production Unit (EPU). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including project management, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality, to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

We'll look to you for:

  • Allocating daily work to operators and monitoring progress, productivity, and adherence to standard work practices.
  • Driving adherence to APSYS tools and continuous improvement initiatives within the EPU.
  • Ensuring operational readiness and addressing production constraints to meet planned output, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinating operator training, onboarding, and skills development to maintain a competent and engaged workforce.
  • Monitoring SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) indicators and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Facilitating root-cause analysis and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to resolve production issues.
