Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager/Floor Manager to oversee our product range and run our showroom floor.
You will make sure the right products are in stock, well priced, and well displayed, while leading the sales team to serve every customer promptly and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities Product management:
Manage the company’s product range, including phones, laptops, and accessories.
Track which products sell fast and slow, and recommend what to stock, including models and colours.
Work with procurement and vendors to keep fast-selling items available.
Monitor prices and competitor offers, and recommend pricing to management.
Keep the sales team informed about product features, prices, and promotions.
Report product performance, stock gaps, and customer feedback to management.
Floor management:
Supervise sales representatives and assign duties on the shop floor.
Make sure every walk-in customer, call, app, and website enquiry is attended to and followed up.
Monitor daily and monthly sales targets and report results.
Keep products well displayed, clean, and correctly labelled.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Enforce company policies on attendance, conduct, and customer service.
Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff.
Prepare daily and weekly floor and product reports.
Requirements
OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in retail, sales, or product management, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Good knowledge of phones, laptops, or electronics retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic sales or inventory software.
Honest, disciplined, and target-driven.
