Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with healthcare transformation.
  • Lead and mentor the tech team (developers, engineers, QA, DevOps).
  • Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, iteration.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technology architecture.
  • Conduct market research and integrate customer insights into product decisions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and track adoption, usage, and revenue.
  • Report on KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, system uptime, customer satisfaction).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5 - 7 years' experience in product management, with at least 2 years leading tech teams.
  • Proven background in Fintech or technology companies.
  • Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and security.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
