Product Consultant - Payroll

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve client support cases.
• Provide assistance via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot issues related to payroll, payroll taxes, ACH processing, billing, and software applications.
• Document investigations, findings, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Product Support, Software Support, Technical Support, or Customer Support.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Taxes, ACH Processing, or HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
