Principal Clerical Officer - General Office Services - An- Scale -kmtc 8 - 3 Posts

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:  

•  Cumulative service period of nine (9) years’ relevant work experience three (3) years of which should have been in the grade of Senior Clerical Officer or in a comparable position; 
• KCSE (mean grade C- plus) or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; 
• Certificate in any of the following fields: Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate (KATC), Supply Chain Management, Records Management Course lasting not less than six (6) months or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; 
• Proficiency Examination for Clerical Officers in the relevant option;  
• Proficiency in computer applications; and 
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
