Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repair maintenance through conducting physical surveys
  • Oversee transport logistics
  • Promote staff welfare by providing appropriate tools of work and suitable work environment
  • Identify and acquire office equipment and furniture for the Institute;
  • Coordinate the renewal of Institute insurance policies.
  • Carry out the day-to-day administrative activities of the Institute.
  • Maintain and update catalogue of all of the Institute's assets and properties.
  • Manage allocated office space, security and outsourced administrative services.
  • Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects.
  • Comply to statutory and regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Work Experience

  • Professional Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution
  • Professional Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing
  • Academic Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
  • Professional Cumulative service period of nine (9) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Senior Administration Officer or in a comparable position
