About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy engineer who loves solving complex technical challenges and turning client ideas into real-world ICT solutions? Soft Intelligent Machines is looking for a driven Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team!
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical design and business strategy crafting solution proposals, delivering product demos, and working closely with top global technology partners (OEMs).
What You’ll Do
Architect Technical Solutions: Analyze client requirements, design solution frameworks, build accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), and create win-ready technical proposals.
Deliver Dynamic Demos & POCs: Conduct clear product walkthroughs, execute Proofs of Concept (POC), and prove technical value to prospective clients.
Drive OEM Partnerships: Evaluate top-tier technology partners (Gartner-listed OEMs), negotiate technical details, and stay ahead of emerging tech trends.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside Sales, Project, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery from pitch to deployment.
What We’re Looking For
Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience in pre-sales, technical support, or systems engineering.
Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of ICT infrastructure, networking, cloud systems, and vendor technologies.
Key Skills: Excellent presentation skills, sharp analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
