Power Platform Developer Location: Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal Type: Permanent | Fully office-based About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a team in Kloof. This role focuses on developing and customising Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a strong emphasis on Dynamics 365 CRM, integrations, and process automation. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, take ownership of their work, and be a good cultural fit within the team. Key Responsibilities Develop, customise, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including forms, workflows, dashboards, and security configurations. Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop custom plugins, scripts, and APIs using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Integrate Dynamics 365 with SharePoint, other Microsoft products, and third-party applications. Work with Azure services and DevOps pipelines. Troubleshoot technical issues and manage system updates, patches, and upgrades. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with development best practices. Requirements Approximately 5–8 years of experience in Power Platform development and administration. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Strong experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Experience with API development and system integrations. Understanding of Dynamics 365 data modelling, security, and permissions. Exposure to Azure services and DevOps pipelines. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills. A proactive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.
