Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in RPA development, process automation or a closely related technical role.
Strong practical experience developing and supporting automations using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations, query optimisation and stored procedures.
Experience integrating automation solutions with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise SAP environments.
Practical experience identifying, designing or implementing AI-enabled automation use cases.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with APIs, web services, JSON and enterprise application integrations.
Understanding of exception handling, error recovery, data validation and automation governance.
Good communication skills, with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
Microsoft Power Automate certification or other relevant Microsoft Power Platform certification.
Automation Anywhere RPA certification.
UiPath RPA certification.
Experience migrating automation solutions from platforms such as Automation Anywhere or UiPath to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
Experience working with SQL Server, enterprise data platforms and reporting environments.
Experience integrating SAP with databases, APIs and other business applications.
Exposure to Microsoft AI Builder, Azure AI services, Copilot, generative AI or intelligent document processing.
Experience with source control, development and production environments, release management and deployment processes.
Experience supporting unattended automation, bot scheduling, monitoring and production operations.
