Job Title: Poultry Farm Supervisor

Plan and supervise daily feeding, watering, and general care of the birds.
Conduct regular health checks and coordinate treatment with the farm veterinarian.
Implement best practices for minimizing mortality and maximizing production efficiency.
Assign daily duties to farm workers and monitor performance.
Train staff on chick handling, feeding schedules, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Ensure safety and discipline among team members.
Monitor feed, vaccine, and medication stock levels
Enforce farm biosecurity and hygiene protocols at all times.
Ensure compliance with animal welfare and environmental standards.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: HND Animal Science or Production / Nutrition Technology
Job Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years in layer production in a reputable company.
