Ports Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

• The Ports Operations Coordinator will coordinate vessel, cargo, and port-related activities to ensure efficient and timely execution of shipping operations while maintaining compliance with port regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export operations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, terminal operators, customs, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cargo clearance and delivery timelines.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in clearing agency.
• Excellent knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
