PLUMBING CHARGEHAND – UAE | 2-YEAR CONTRACTFempower Personnel is urgently recruiting experienced Plumbing Chargehands for a major construction project in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).We are looking for experienced plumbing professionals who have worked within commercial and/or industrial construction environments and are comfortable coordinating teams while remaining actively involved in site-based plumbing installations.Minimum Requirements
6–8 years' plumbing experience
Commercial and/or industrial construction experience
Previous experience as a Chargehand, Team Leader, Senior Plumber or similar
Strong hands-on experience with plumbing installations
Experience with underground pipe laying
Experience running/installing pipes through walls and buildings
Ability to interpret drawings and follow construction specifications
Relevant plumbing/trade qualification or certification advantageous
Must be willing to relocate to the UAE
Must be available for the mobilisation process immediately
2-year contract, with possibility of extension
Planned commencement: November 2026
