Key Responsibilities
Accurately count and tally coffee bags/packages during loading and dispatch
Verify coffee against dispatch orders, release instructions, delivery notes, and other documents
Confirm bag numbers, lot numbers, marks, grades, and identification details
Record all coffee dispatched in tally sheets, registers, or warehouse systems
Monitor loading activities to ensure only authorized coffee is loaded
Verify number of bags loaded against approved dispatch quantity
Report shortages, excess quantities, damaged bags, or discrepancies immediately
Check condition of coffee bags before loading and report abnormalities
Ensure dispatch documentation is completed, signed, and filed properly
Reconcile physical quantities dispatched against warehouse records
Maintain accurate records of daily outbound movements and submit reports
Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, drivers, supervisors, and operations teams
Assist with stock counts and investigations of variances
Ensure proper handling of coffee during loading to prevent damage or loss
Maintain strict control of warehouse stock and prevent unauthorized movement
Comply with warehouse safety, security, quality, and foodhandling proceduresQualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Certificate in Supply (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});Chain Management or equivalent
Previous experience as a Tally Clerk, Warehouse Clerk, or Receiving Clerk is an advantage
Experience handling agricultural commodities (coffee, grain, bulk products) preferred
Basic computer literacy, especially MS Excel and warehouse systems
Good numerical and recordkeeping skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and for extended periodsExperience
