Collect information on theft/attempted theft and drinking on site.
Interact with truck drivers and warehouse teams to gather intelligence on cartel networks.
Inspect trucks before loading/offloading to ensure compliance.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on random checks and report findings with mitigation measures.
Authenticate warehouse documents and security books to ensure compliance.
Verify product staging and baychecking prior to loading.
Crosscheck picklists/dispatch documents against physical stock before loading.
Report product underload, overload, or mixups for security action.
Countercheck physical stocks against delivery documents before receipt/storage.
Monitor surveillance during receiving to confirm SOP adherence.
Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols within the warehouse.
Be present during warehouse opening and closing with contracted security provider.
Maintain weekly and monthly incident trackers and report to Security Officer.

Prepare reports and debrief Security Officer on ground activities.Qualifications
