Source new business in the region.
Achieve sales targets for the branch.
Motivate, mentor and energize branch teams.
Drive growth in number of active Sales Representatives.
Ensure retention of Sales Representatives.
Provide continuous training for Sales Representatives.
Oversee office operations and administrative compliance.
Build relationships in sales and collections with stakeholders.
Coordinate branch marketing activities.
Ensure maximum supervision of allocated branch.Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role.
Degree in relevant field.
Knowledge of Asset Finance.
Computer literacy.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
