Solvo Global is seeking a proactive and results-driven Pipeline Builder to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, and recurring positions.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of active and passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and target profiles.
  • Track sourcing activities and provide regular pipeline updates and performance metrics.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience independently building and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Strong research, sourcing, and passive candidate engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools, including Boolean Search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment projects.
  • Experience recruiting for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping techniques.
