We are currently seeking a skilled Picker/Packer to join our operation in JHB -Crown Mine - Southern Suburbs on a contractor basis. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and preparing customer orders, ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pick products according to customer orders and system instructions
Check product details and expiry dates meticulously
Securely pack products to prevent damage during transportation
Label and prepare completed orders for dispatch
Conduct quality checks on orders
Assist in loading and offloading stock
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow stock rotation procedures and assist with inventory checks
Operate warehouse equipment safely
Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols
Achieve daily picking and packing targets
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
Must have Matric /Grade 12
Previous experience in picking, packing, or retail preferred
