Chef Eros & Co. Limited is seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced Pick-up & Delivery Rider to join our team on a full-time, salaried employment basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring orders are transported safely, promptly, and professionally while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver customer orders promptly and safely.
Ensure orders are properly handled and delivered in excellent condition.
Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
Confirm order details before leaving the premises.
Maintain accurate records and confirmation of completed deliveries.
Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
Comply with all traffic regulations and road safety requirements.
Report motorcycle faults, accidents, incidents or maintenance needs promptly.
Take proper care of the company-provided motorcycle and other assigned equipment.
Requirements
Valid motorcycle riding licence.
Previous experience as a dispatch or delivery rider.
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and honesty.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full-time and follow assigned schedules.
Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
