Licensure: Valid teaching certification or state/national credential specializing in high school/secondary physics or physical science. Experience: 2+ years of experience teaching physics at the secondary school level preferred. Technical Skills: Strong command of mathematical concepts, familiarity with physics laboratory apparatus, data logging tools, and instructional simulation software. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, effective classroom management, and a knack for explaining complex concepts simply.
