- Hours of work: 45 Hours per week
- Work week: 6 Days (Including weekends and Public Holidays)
- Shift type: Day Shift (Rotating)
- Collect blood and non-blood specimens according to established clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate patient identification, specimen handling, and documentation.
- Capture and manage patient information using digital systems.
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Deliver a professional, caring, and patient-centred experience.
- Maintain compliance with quality assurance, safety, and infection control standards.

- Recognised qualification in Phlebotomy.
- Current registration with the HPCSA as a Phlebotomy Technician.
- You will need to have 2 or more years of experience as a Phlebotomist or similar position within a Pathology Laboratory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sound computer literacy and confidence working with digital systems.
- A patient-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
