Prospect research, discovery call bookings, prompt client follow-ups, proposal formatting and complete tender returnable documents will also sit with you. You'll be the right hand to a busy entrepreneurial CEO within a small business that is scaling up.
Where you'll be doing it
Within a governance, risk, compliance and business transformation consultancy. The business is remote-first, using co-working spaces in Sandton and boardrooms when needed. Within probation period you will be in office more frequently while you're learning and getting to know the CEO.

A matric qualfication along with three to five years' experience as a Personal Assistant is ideal. Ideally gained in consulting or professional services. You need strong spreadsheet, client liasion and admin skills. Excellent written English, confident senior client communication, discretion with sensitive information and daily fluency with generative AI tools are required. A drivers license is required for errands that need to be run.
What you'll get
The opportunity is genuine executive exposure with visible commercial impact, working hand in hand with an ambitious CEO.
