You'll work directly with the founder across multiple businesses, helping turn ideas into action, keeping projects moving, solving problems, and ensuring both business and personal priorities are executed effectively.
One day you may be discussing growth strategies for POPIT, coordinating recruitment, or preparing a business proposal. Another day you may be booking a flight, organizing an event, following up with suppliers, or reminding the founder about critical deadlines.

What You'll Do
You'll support the founder across a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Managing projects, priorities, and follow-ups across multiple businesses
Coordinating business initiatives from idea through execution
Supporting strategy, research, and business growth initiatives
Leading or coordinating brand events, activations, and customer engagement
Helping supervise and coordinate team members where required
Supporting procurement and supplier coordination
Preparing presentations, reports, trackers, and internal documentation
Providing administrative support across multiple businesses.
Managing the founder's calendar, travel, appointments, reminders, and personal administrative tasks
Solving problems proactively and stepping in wherever support is needed
