Payday Loan Officers (freelance) At Infinity Microfinance Bank Limited

About the Role

• We are seeking results-driven and customer-focused Freelance Payday Loan Officers to join ourMicrofinance Bank.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing eligible customers, promoting our payday loan products, guiding customers through the application process, and ensuring timely repayment of loans.
• This role is particularly suitable for individuals with strong networks among government workers and employees of reputable organisations.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new customers for the bank's payday loan products
• Generate quality loan leads through personal networks, referrals, field marketing
• Explain payday loan products, eligibility requirements, pricing and repayment terms to prospective customers
• Pre-screen prospective borrowers and ensure that applications meet the bank's basic eligibility criteria
• Assist customers with completing loan applications and submitting required documentation
• Maintain healthy relationship with customers throughout and after the loan cycle
• Achieve agreed monthly targets for quality loan disbursements, customer acquisition and portfolio performance
• Ensure strict compliance with the bank's lending policies, KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Submit regular reports on leads generated, applications, disbursements and repayments

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE/B.Sc./HND in any course
• Previous experience in microfinance, payday lending, consumer lending, sales, financial services, fintech or direct marketing is an advantage
• Strong personal and professional network, particularly among salary earners, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage personal targets
• Basic digital literacy and ability to use WhatsApp, email and mobile applications effectively.
