Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience as a chef in diverse kitchen environments (restaurants, catering, or hospitality).
• Strong skills in fast foods and Kenyan cuisine (additional international or specialty expertise is an advantage).
• Creativity in menu development and adaptability to client needs.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
