Job Position: Outlet Concept Manager – Fresh Foods

- Our client is seeking an experienced Outlet Concept Manager – Fresh Foods to oversee fresh food operations, sales performance, stock management, and profitability across all fresh food categories, ensuring high standards of product quality, food safety, and customer service.
- Drive sales growth, category performance, and departmental profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, stock availability, replenishment, and merchandising across fresh food categories.
- Monitor inventory, expiries, waste, shrinkage, and stock losses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and cold chain standards.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor sales, margins, and departmental costs, prepare performance reports, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Food Science, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fresh food retail, supermarket operations, or FMCG.
- Proven experience managing fresh food categories such as produce, butchery, fish, dairy, or deli.
- Strong leadership, inventory management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety, merchandising, sales performance, and waste control.
Salary
N300,000 - N700,000 monthly.
