Job Position: Outlet Concept Manager - Bakery

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Outlet Concept Manager to lead and manage Bakery and HMR operations at the assigned store, ensuring quality production, efficient resource utilization, strong sales, healthy margins, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily/weekly Bakery and HMR production.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, production processes, quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage receiving, dispatch, inventory, procurement, and production resources.
• Monitor sales, margins, shrinkage, product costing, and overall P&L performance.
• Manage and motivate staff, including training and performance supervision.
• Monitor product consistency and quality and support new product development.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and optimization of production equipment.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, sales strategies, and business performance reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support merchandising activities.
• Develop and implement production plans to optimize profitability.
• Prepare and submit relevant production, quality, and business performance reports.
• Ensure effective workflow and manpower planning across the assigned operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6years of relevant experience in the Retail Industry, with 3–4 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong experience in Bakery/HMR production and retail operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and people-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, and P&L management.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
