Job Summary
The OR&A Engineer is responsible for integrating engineering, operations, and project delivery to ensure seamless transition from design and execution into stable operations. The role ensures that systems, processes, people, and tools are fully prepared to support startup, ramp-up, and sustained performance.
The role supports real-time production optimization by ensuring that operational readiness, system integrity, and performance assurance frameworks are embedded into all project and operational activities. Ensures operational readiness frameworks are fully integrated into project delivery to enable early production optimization and sustained performance from startup.
Ensures project delivery and operational changes translate into measurable production gains, reduced deferment, improved asset performance, and accelerated value realization.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
5–10+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas
