POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client in the visa application and outsourcing sector seeks a highly organised, customer-focused Operations Officer to support visa application processing at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Nairobi.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 12 years of formal education; diploma and bachelor's degree holders encouraged to apply.
At least 12 months' relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, travel and tourism, administration, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Eligible recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Good typing, data entry, and information management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced operational environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
