Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Ensure efficient use of resources and effective workflow management.
Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
Drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and deliver results.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
Strong planning, coordination, and performance management skills.
A relevant degree or professional qualification is an added advantage.
Salary N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
