A rapidly growing organization within the financial technology and investments sectors, known for its commitment to innovative solutions and scalable operations, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and enhance core operational processes. Where You'll Make an Impact: Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of essential operational processes, including BOP processing, AIT applications, client onboarding, and transaction handling. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all business units to ensure consistency and compliance. Act as the operational owner for new products, particularly those involving investments distributed through external partners. Monitor adherence to established processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to address operational risks. Collaborate with the Tech team to understand backend systems and propose process improvements. Leverage AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of SOPs, reporting, analysis, and documentation. Train team members, including Investment Managers, Account Managers, and Operations staff, on new and revised processes. Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains, risk reduction, and operational scalability. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in operations within financial services, forex, payments, or investments. Proven track record in developing SOPs and implementing process improvements. Experience with testing, tools, and data analysis. Strong understanding of operational workflows within financial technology environments. Nice to Have: Familiarity with process automation and AI tools. Knowledge of financial backend systems and product launches.
