We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager (Business Development Responsibilities)

Job Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Telemedicine Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee daily digital platform operations, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinate cross-functional teams including medical professionals, support staff, IT, and administration.
• Business Development & Revenue Generation: Formulate and execute growth strategies to acquire new users and expand market share across digital health, corporate wellness, and insurance sectors.
• B2B Partnerships & Account Management: Build relationships and secure commercial contracts with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and corporate employers; manage key accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
• Marketing & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing teams to design customer acquisition campaigns and deliver regular operational and revenue performance reports to executive management.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field (Postgraduate degree or project/healthcare management certifications preferred).
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in operations and business development, with preferred background in telemedicine, health-tech, digital health, HMOs, or hospital administration.
• Commercial Capabilities: Proven track record in B2B sales, contract negotiation, proposal development, budget/financial oversight, and client relationship management.
• Core Competencies: Strong operational planning, multidisciplinary team management, commercial acumen, analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
